Associate Pastor, Youth Ministries
The Youth Pastor is a vital leadership position in the ministry and outreach of FBCC. Rather than working in a silo, you will serve as an integral member of the pastoral team, sharing in the spiritual care of our entire church family.
Your primary charge is to champion the discipleship and evangelistic outreach of students in grades 7–12. This involves more than just teaching; it’s about fostering a culture of mentorship. You will recruit and empower a team of passionate volunteers and partner strategically with parents. You will be equipping them as the primary disciple-makers in their teenagers’ lives.
